Production
We our journey with our first production, Kohinoor, in 2015, teaming up with actor Asif Ali and director Vinay Govind. Even though our first production venture Kohinoor was success, distributing the film in GCC was immensely challenging due to prevailing monopoly. Realising that Malayalam and other Indian films were not reaching out to over 3.5 million Keralite and other Indian audiences on time in GCC, WWF broke the monopoly and started distributing films all over GCC.We introduced the concept of releasing films abroad on the same day it is released in India, and that was the major step towards breaking prevailing monopoly. Aanandam was the first movie released by WWF in Dubai and continued to expand the distribution network to UAE, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar with multiple theater chains.
